Nick Toombs

Nick feels right at home in the creative world of advertising – and he loves finding creative ways to engage with wider audiences. Graduating from the University of Texas at Arlington with a degree in public relations, he has eight years of experience in the industry after working as a senior media manager and coordinator at Simpli.fi; a media planner and supervisor at Schaefer Advertising Co.; and a media supervisor at Media+. Working in key verticals such as government, healthcare and entertainment, he has extensive expertise in driving results for regulated industries.

Aaron Merritt

Wanting to turn his passion into a profession, Aaron decided to “go pro” – and become a production artist. After attending the University of Minnesota and St. Cloud State University and earning a degree in 2D media and printmaking, he made a name for himself as someone who combines a great attention to detail with an ability to manage multiple projects as a graphic designer and production artist at Robert Half; a senior production artist at PSA Worldwide LLC; and a digital media assistant at Graham Olsen.

Joshua Cooley

Processing broadcast media invoices by day and playing video games to stay in touch with his two sons by night, Josh has 14 years of experience as a billing and accounts payable specialist. Before joining the B Team in 2022, he worked at Tegna and The Richards Group. Originally from the “Antique Capital of Texas” known as Forney, he now lives in Grapevine, Texas, and enjoys working from his home office. Josh’s non-Balcom nickname is “Head,” and if there’s one thing he can’t do to save his life, it’s consistently go to the gym – something we all can relate to.

Ricky Cadden

Ricky grew up with a passion for technology and dreams of becoming an architect, so he built himself a 15-year career constructing digital marketing strategies and systems for small startups and big-name brands alike. Majoring in management and marketing, he holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Abilene Christian University and has extensive experience building marketing programs for companies like RadioShack, Sabre and Sprint.

Kyle Suva

Kyle learned the value of marketing early on when he started his own alpaca farm as a teenager. Following the digital trend, he went on to minor in information technology at the University of New Hampshire (UNH) while earning a Bachelor of Science with a double major in marketing and entrepreneurship. Kyle then became a developer for the university, helping build and maintain a network of more than 900 websites. He has also worked for iPlayerHD and Industrial Info Resources. Kyle joined the B Team in 2014, building websites for clients including Sinclair Oil, Dairy MAX and eTrueNorth.
