Krystle Williams

Always thinking outside of the box to help clients achieve their goals, Krystle brings 15 years of strategic media planning and buying experience to the agency. She's gained a unique perspective working multiple sides of the industry, learning the ins and outs as an event marketing manager for Professional Bull Riders, an account planner for Insight Creative Group, a marketing specialist for Video Gaming Technologies and a media coordinator for Osage Casino. Outside of work, Krystle loves to fish, travel, enjoy a day at the beach and, most of all, spend time with her family.

Joshua Cooley

Processing broadcast media invoices by day and playing video games to stay in touch with his two sons by night, Josh has 14 years of experience as a billing and accounts payable specialist. Before joining the B Team in 2022, he worked at Tegna and The Richards Group. Originally from the “Antique Capital of Texas” known as Forney, he now lives in Grapevine, Texas, and enjoys working from his home office. Josh’s non-Balcom nickname is “Head,” and if there’s one thing he can’t do to save his life, it’s consistently go to the gym – something we all can relate to.

Caroline Meekins

Caroline is a Fort Worth girl who found her fit in the advertising world, managing creative campaigns and helping local and global brands solve their biggest business challenges. Fusing her marketing savvy with smart strategy and human insight, she served as an account executive for Moroch before joining Balcom’s account service team in 2022 to service clients like HF Sinclair, Greg Jackson Law, DFW Security and CK Family Services. Caroline holds dual bachelor’s degrees in marketing and psychology and a master’s degree in advertising from Southern Methodist University.

Ashley Jo Mozek

Ashley’s been keeping projects on track since the sixth grade, outlining to-do lists and assigning roles to her classmates. She previously worked in education as a teacher and director of operations, but her passion for project management led her to join the B Team in 2021 to handle scheduling, resourcing and more for clients. With a specialization in international business, Ashley holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. She is a native of Santo, Texas, but now lives in Haslet with her husband, Matthew, and dog, Remi.

Kathryn Hankinson

Kathryn believes no project is complete until it has made a difference. She puts that commitment to work defining strategies for clients including Sinclair Oil; Longhorn Council, Boy Scouts of America and a Wish with Wings. Originally from Wichita Falls, Texas, Kathryn earned a B.A. in economics from Sweet Briar College and an MBA from The University of Texas at Arlington.

Kasie Mallory

Kasie Mallory has an unassuming demeanor – but also two decades of experience making great things happen for some of the nation’s biggest brands. After earning an Associate of Applied Science in business administration from Murray State College, Kasie went into radio promotion and event management before transitioning to advertising at TraceyLocke, where she became one of the agency’s first project supervisors. She has launched products for Hasbro Inc.

Vikki Phy

Vikki brings marvelous energy to every marketing mission. With over 30 years’ experience, she has managed projects, traffic and customer relationships at agencies including TracyLocke, Loomis and Schaefer Advertising Co. for brands such as Coca-Cola, PepsiCo, Golden Chick, Frito-Lay and Dell. She originally fell in love with advertising while at the University of Houston, earning a degree in physical education, when she took a job typing purchase orders at an agency. Now, she makes the magic happen at Balcom for Kubota Tractor Corporation.

Chris Hawthorne

Chris set out to be a copywriter, but fell in love with the art and science of media planning during an internship at a small Dallas agency. With a Bachelor of Arts in journalism/advertising from the University of North Texas, she’s spent more than 25 years serving a broad range of clients – from startups to Fortune 500 companies – including brands in entertainment such as Dave & Buster’s and Six Flags; nonprofits like the American Heart Association; and many others in food/packaged goods, telecommunications, travel and finance.

Taylor Potts

Taylor has the guts to push for the best in every project – evidenced by awards including a district-level Best of Show and five national Silver ADDYs for Cavender’s, as well as four local best-of-category ADDYs in the American Advertising Awards, plus a Best Experiential Event in the 2012 Dallas American Marketing Association Awards. With a strong Western background and more than 20 years of experience in design, photography and videography, he holds a bachelor’s degree in digital media and design from Full Sail University.

Holly Aguilar

A myriad of design awards highlight Holly’s more than 20 years of experience as an art director, designer and illustrator, including a Best of Show ADDY, a Silver Medal from the Dallas Society of Visual Communications (DSVC) and inclusions in Print’s Regional Design Annual and LogoLounge.
