Chase Correll

Chase went to college to become a neuroscientist but always dreamed of having a creative career. After falling fast into the world of writing during a few of his English courses, switching his field of study from the science of the nervous system to the art of communication was a no-brainer. Chase went on to earn his bachelor’s degree in creative writing with a minor in psychology from the University of North Texas and later landed copywriting roles with companies like Sleepy Cotton, Mercatalyst, Z2Data and USAA.

MaLana Martinez

MaLana enjoys exploring her creative side and exercising her critical thinking skills; she joined the advertising industry as an analyst to get the best of both worlds. She earned her bachelor’s degree in political science and government from Illinois State University and holds certifications in data analytics, automation and more.

Lauren Bice

Lauren loves computer science and working with a variety of companies, so she joined the advertising industry to help brands build and improve their online presence. She holds a bachelor’s degree in web design and development from DeVry University and previously worked as a freelancer before joining the B. Now she helps create new websites and update existing ones for clients such as Longhorn Council, Boy Scouts of America; eTrueNorth and Smith+Nephew. A native of Mesquite, Texas, she lives in Burleson with her husband, two daughters and their dog.

Vikki Phy

Vikki brings marvelous energy to every marketing mission. With over 30 years’ experience, she has managed projects, traffic and customer relationships at agencies including TracyLocke, Loomis and Schaefer Advertising Co. for brands such as Coca-Cola, PepsiCo, Golden Chick, Frito-Lay and Dell. She originally fell in love with advertising while at the University of Houston, earning a degree in physical education, when she took a job typing purchase orders at an agency. Now, she makes the magic happen at Balcom for Kubota Tractor Corporation.

Krystal Lewis

Krystal was a driving force in launching Justin Boots – a company more than 100 years old – into the 21st century with social media campaigns that garnered national attention. That same forward-thinking has also helped build the brands of clients like Cavender’s and Kubota Tractor Corporation. Before coming to Balcom in 2005, Krystal worked at Maverick Advertising for the Arlington Convention & Visitors Bureau, Rocky Mountain Clothing Company and others.

Dana Fike

A media traffic project manager by day and an award-winning songwriter by night, Dana knows how to get the right message to the right audience at the right time. Before joining Balcom in 2018 as an administrative B, Dana worked for The Automotive Marketing Group as a receptionist and Jaxon Engineering & Maintenance as executive program support. After becoming a master of television and radio spot management, she now works exclusively with Balcom's media team to execute monthly media buys for clients. Dana also writes and performs music in her spare time with her husband, Richie.

Lynne Swihart

Lynne was our very first production director and broadcast producer, she started our project management department, and contributed significantly to the client services and media teams. Now she's using her years of experience and industry contacts to recruit new B Team members and give our colleagues the best operational support possible. Lynne has won too many awards to list – including an American Advertising Federation (AAF) Silver Medal – and served two terms as board president for AAF – Fort Worth.

Lesley Dupre

Lesley brings a strong PR background and social media sixth sense to the agency. Formerly the public relations coordinator for Object 9 in Baton Rouge, for clients such as LSU Continuing Education and EATEL, she joined the B Team in 2010 and now crafts and delivers messages for clients including the Fort Worth Food + Wine Foundation, Hippo Sak, James L. West Center for Dementia Care, Mrs. Renfro’s salsa and the TCU Neeley School of Business. She served as the 2021 president of the Greater Fort Worth Chapter of PRSA and continues to volunteer for the organization.
