Lauren Bice

Lauren loves computer science and working with a variety of companies, so she joined the advertising industry to help brands build and improve their online presence. She holds a bachelor’s degree in web design and development from DeVry University and previously worked as a freelancer before joining the B. Now she helps create new websites and update existing ones for clients such as Longhorn Council, Boy Scouts of America; eTrueNorth and Smith+Nephew. A native of Mesquite, Texas, she lives in Burleson with her husband, two daughters and their dog.

Krystal Lewis

Krystal was a driving force in launching Justin Boots – a company more than 100 years old – into the 21st century with social media campaigns that garnered national attention. That same forward-thinking has also helped build the brands of clients like Cavender’s and Kubota Tractor Corporation. Before coming to Balcom in 2005, Krystal worked at Maverick Advertising for the Arlington Convention & Visitors Bureau, Rocky Mountain Clothing Company and others.

Lynne Swihart

Lynne was our very first production director and broadcast producer, she started our project management department, and contributed significantly to the client services and media teams. Now she's using her years of experience and industry contacts to recruit new B Team members and give our colleagues the best operational support possible. Lynne has won too many awards to list – including an American Advertising Federation (AAF) Silver Medal – and served two terms as board president for AAF – Fort Worth.

Lesley Dupre

Lesley brings a strong PR background and social media sixth sense to the agency. Formerly the public relations coordinator for Object 9 in Baton Rouge, for clients such as LSU Continuing Education and EATEL, she joined the B Team in 2010 and now crafts and delivers messages for clients including the Fort Worth Food + Wine Foundation, Hippo Sak, James L. West Center for Dementia Care, Mrs. Renfro’s salsa and the TCU Neeley School of Business. She served as the 2021 president of the Greater Fort Worth Chapter of PRSA and continues to volunteer for the organization.
