SENIOR MARKETING ANALYST
SENIOR MARKETING ANALYST
Balcom Agency is adding a senior marketing analyst with at least four years of experience to support client success through data-driven insights, analysis and strategic marketing expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Tracking and Measurement
The senior marketing analyst will work closely with other teams to develop effective tracking frameworks and create a robust measurement strategy that accurately evaluates campaign performance. This involves identifying KPIs, implementing tracking mechanisms and proactively addressing potential data collection gaps across digital platforms. As a strategic architect of marketing measurement, you will play a crucial role in designing comprehensive measurement strategies to capture the impact of marketing campaigns.
Performance Analysis and Reporting
Transform complex marketing data into compelling stories of campaign performance. Your analyses should dive beyond surface-level observations, providing nuanced insights that drive decision-making. You'll work within Balcom’s existing tech stack to construct dashboards and reports that tell a story of marketing effectiveness, including calculating return on ad spend (ROAS), interpreting cross-platform performance and developing actionable recommendations for campaign optimization. This includes proactively recommending additional tracking mechanisms, identifying opportunities for performance improvement, and aligning data insights with broader marketing objectives.
Platform and Metric Intelligence
You'll serve as an internal expert on digital marketing platform tracking. This requires a sophisticated understanding of how platforms attribute conversions, track user interactions and measure performance.
