MaLana enjoys exploring her creative side and exercising her critical thinking skills; she joined the advertising industry as an analyst to get the best of both worlds. She earned her bachelor’s degree in political science and government from Illinois State University and holds certifications in data analytics, automation and more. Previously working for employers like Magid and Hendrickson as a marketing analyst and overstock analyst, she joined Balcom in 2022 to develop digital insights that help optimize marketing efforts for clients such as Sinclair Oil, Smith+Nephew and Aspens Senior Living Communities. Originally from Merrillville, Indiana, MaLana currently lives in Joliet, Illinois, with her wife, stepson and four senior cats.
