Ashley’s been keeping projects on track since the sixth grade, outlining to-do lists and assigning roles to her classmates. She previously worked in education as a teacher and director of operations, but her passion for project management led her to join the B Team in 2021 to handle scheduling, resourcing and more for clients. With a specialization in international business, Ashley holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. She is a native of Santo, Texas, but now lives in Haslet with her husband, Matthew, and dog, Remi. When Ashley’s not managing projects around the house, delegating tasks to her family and setting deadlines, she enjoys spending time outdoors and volunteering with Union Gospel Mission.

- Ashley is a fourth-generation “Jo,” inheriting the middle name passed down from her great grandmother, grandmother and mother.
- Ashley has the patience of a saint and was well-known by her middle school students as “annoyingly positive.”
- Remi, who was bred as a show dog, was adopted by Ashley after being cut from his first show for his oversized paws. Now, he steals the limelight daily in the Mozek’s home.
