Krystal was a driving force in launching Justin Boots – a company more than 100 years old – into the 21st century with social media campaigns that garnered national attention. That same forward-thinking has also helped build the brands of clients like Cavender’s and Kubota Tractor Corporation. Before coming to Balcom in 2005, Krystal worked at Maverick Advertising for the Arlington Convention & Visitors Bureau, Rocky Mountain Clothing Company and others. She holds a bachelor’s degree in advertising and public relations from Texas Christian University and is a past president of the American Advertising Federation – Fort Worth. Krystal lives in Hudson Oaks with her husband, their youngest son and their dog, Mookie. Her oldest son is carrying on the Horned Frog legacy attending Texas Christian University.
