Balcom Agency Hires Ricky Cadden as Director of Digital Strategy

FORT WORTH, Texas – Dec. 14, 2021 – Ricky Cadden has joined Balcom Agency as director of digital strategy. Cadden will be involved with Balcom’s full client base while working on and supervising digital strategy and monthly reporting. Prior to joining Balcom, Cadden gained digital marketing and data insights experience with large corporate entities – RadioShack, Sabre and Sprint – as well as with leading online skills training provider Skillsoft.

Cadden holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in management and marketing from Abilene Christian University. Alongside his new role, as per Balcom tradition, he also acquired a quirky title. Playing off of his passion for developing robust media plans and digital marketing strategies, Cadden will be secondarily known as “Man With the Plan.”
