It’s National Fitness Month! Working in an office means eating out with co-workers and vendors, and grabbing food quickly between meetings. We hope to make eating clean easier with this list of healthy Fort Worth restaurants.
- Righteous Foods on W. 7th Street features a menu full of healthy, organic dishes. From cold pressed juices to flavorful salads, there are plenty of clean meal options. If you’re looking for a great patio, this is your spot! It’s also worth mentioning they brew Stumptown Coffee.
- Juice Junkies on Foch Street is the perfect grab-and-go lunch spot. The organic juice bar carries raw, vegan and vegetarian bites that range from hummus and veggies to salads and lentil soup. The cold pressed juices are available in the refrigerators, but make sure to take a look at their menu for smoothies and more.
- Spiral Diner on W. Magnolia Avenue offers one of the only vegan menus in Fort Worth area. The menu is huge and features everything from quesadillas to ice cream. They also offer a selection of beer and wine.
- Brewed on W. Magnolia Avenue offers the best of both worlds, making it a great spot to take friends who may not be trying to eat healthy. The Super Food Salad, yogurt and granola, and garbanzos are nutritious options for someone trying to eat clean.
