When he was a youngster, before he knew anything about branding or marketing, Matt simply loved drawing the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. After discovering his drawing skills could help brands spread their message, he’s now whipping up art and design for a wide range of clients. Matt earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in communication design from Texas State University and went on to excel as an art director for The Richards Group, The Marketing Arm and Javelin Agency. At Balcom, he puts his experience into practice with clients like CK Family Services and more. Originally from San Antonio, Texas, Matt now lives in Hutto, Texas, with his wife and two kids.

  • In 2005, Matt was in an episode of MTV’s reality show “Room Raiders,” but he has never watched his on-screen appearance.
  • Matt is a man of many talents; unfortunately, multitasking is not one of those talents, as he prefers to approach tasks head-on.
  • Matt is also a rapper on the side. If you can lay down a beat, Matt can supply some sick bars.
