Clickography

A study conducted by Webtrends looked at more than 11,000 campaigns on Facebook to try to establish benchmarks for brands looking to advertise on the platform. According to Webtrends, the average click-through rate (CTR) is the industry standard of .1%.

While this CTR holds true for most states, we noticed a few geographic exceptions. Hawaii's residents click through at almost half the average, while North Dakota and Wyoming residents click at double and triple the average rate. Wonder what the US map would look like based on these Facebook CTRs? We did, check it out.
