FORT WORTH, Texas – The Balcom Agency has hired Kobee King as interactive designer for its fast-expanding interactive division.

Kobee brings expertise in interactive design and multimedia with a focus on the user experience. Previously, he was an art director and designer at Steven Michael Studios and Artistry Marketing in Dallas.

FORT WORTH, Texas – Sarah Copp, formerly of The Richards Group in Dallas, is the Balcom Agency’s newest account executive.

Copp is a 2000 graduate of the University of Texas at Austin where she earned spots on the Dean’s and President’s lists as well as various offices in the Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority and three honor fraternities.

FORT WORTH, Texas – Quorum Architects’ newly designed Web site won a gold trophy from the American Advertising Federation Fort Worth’s ADDY annual awards competition.

The Balcom Agency designed the award-winning Web site centered on the theme, “It’s not about the building, it’s about the people.”

FORT WORTH, Texas – San Juan Basin Royalty Trust’s annual report, designed by the Balcom Agency, won a gold trophy from the American Advertising Federation Fort Worth ADDY® annual awards competition.

The Balcom team created a fresh, simple, yet modern design for the 2006 annual report using abstract images from the natural world. It is the only annual report to have won a gold ADDY award in this year’s competition.

FORT WORTH, Texas – The Balcom Agency’s new Web site design for the Texas Ranger Foundation, www.thetexasrangers.org, won a gold trophy from the annual American Advertising Federation Fort Worth ADDY awards competition.

The Balcom team designed the Web site to correspond with a fund-raising kit the agency created for the foundation last year. Both the Web site and fund-raising kit, packed with personal stories and historic headshots, honor the Texas Rangers’ rich history and the foundation’s mission.
